Group Study Spaces in Jackson Library

The Libraries provide several options for technology-assisted group work and collaboration on a first come, first served basis. Whiteboards and wireless access are available in most spaces. Those that can be reserved are listed and described in the reservation process.

First Floor

  • The Information Commons, located across from the Check Out Desk, offers tables, seating and double monitor workstations.
  • The Jackson Library Reading Room, located to the left of the Main lobby when facing the College Ave. exit, offers tables, seating and double monitor workstations.
  • The Reference Room, located to the right of the Main lobby when facing the College Ave. exit, offers tables, seating and double monitor workstations. (The Julia Cameron Trice Alcove is designated as a quiet space.)

Lower Level

  • The Digital Media Commons, located in the Main building, offers tables, seating and double monitor workstations.
  • The Tower elevator lobby offers cafĂ© booths and other seating, workstations and VHS viewing stations.

Tower Floors 2-5: Group Study Floors
