Request Searches on Items that Should Not Be on Your Account
Is there a Jackson Library item on your My Library Account that you think should not be, or are you receiving overdue notices for an item you don't have? Fill out the Search for an Item that Should Not Be on My Account Form and we will look for it.
After beginning the search and if your library account is active, the item will be renewed so that you will stop receiving notices during the search period.
If you are a UNCG student and the charges are on your University bill, they will be removed pending the outcome.
The search period is 6 weeks, and you will be notified of the results.
