Did you know? On June 5, 1950, Jackson Library officially opened to the public (though it wouldn’t be known as “Jackson” Library until 1960). In 1973, the iconic library tower was added; we are in the process of renovating that tower now! We celebrated the day with cake and snacks in the library lobby.

There will be more events celebrating our 75th year later in 2025, so stay tuned! 📚
