A collection of bindings made from paper, onlaid and inlaid leather, decorated metal, and vellum bindings. The bookbinding specimens are intended to be used for classroom study and instruction, workshops, symposiums, and table discussions.
Collection includes broadsides printed at Iron Mountain Press, Mill Springs Press, and Palaemon Press.
Collection of designs for book-jackets, magazine covers, letterheads, and sketchings created by W.A. Dwiggins.
The Experimental Learning & Realia Collection houses supportive materials for object-based learning.
Postage stamps of musicians, musical instruments, singers, conductors, and others that relate to music.
Collection includes broadsides printed at Dyke Mill Press.
Performing Arts related materials, including photographs, playbills, programs, sheet music, and other items used in instructional sessions.
The Print Ephemera Collection contains materials related to private and fine presses; individual printers; booksellers; printing-related organizations and publishers; assorted examples of printed ephemera; papermaking-related materials (such as a sample of papyrus); typeface catalogs and type foundries; maps; decorated papers; and broadsides, and posters. Items date from circa 16th century to 20th century with the bulk of items falling in the 19th and 20th centuries.
The Project Based Learning Exemplars Collection includes UNCG student work examples created in class sessions in Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA) or in response to teaching collaborations between SCUA staff and other UNCG faculty. Work examples include flipbooks, zines, photographic prints, and letterpress prints.

Magazines, newsletters, zines, and pamphlets including materials related to LGBTQIA+ issues, environmental issues, music genres, etc. The collection includes examples of Risograph printing.
