Congratulations to the winners of this year’s UNCG University Libraries Research Awards! The awards are given in recognition of outstanding original papers or projects in any media (for example film, performance, software, or technology). Successful individual or group projects have demonstrated the ability to locate, select, and synthesize information from library and scholarly resources. This includes the application of digital information resources (such as eBooks and databases), physical information resources (such as books, journals, and archival materials), library personnel (consultation with librarians, archivists, and Digital Media Commons staff), and technology (such as software, recording equipment, and 3D printers).

The winning entries will each receive a $500 prize awarded to their student accounts. We extend our continued gratitude to Kathryn and David Crowe for their investment in student success!

An event celebrating the winners will be held on April 30th at 1pm in the Hodges Reading Room. The event is open to all.
