Just in time before some unexpected elevator issues, the general collection from Jackson Library has made it into storage. Thanks to some hard work and dedication from the workers – and tons of boxes, tape, and shrink wrap – the month of January was all the time that was needed to move the collection into storage. After elevator repairs are complete, removal of IT equipment is up next before the demolition and abatement of the tower portion of Jackson is scheduled.
