For this week’s Renovation Review, we are updating readers regarding progress on the replacement of all tower windows! The number to know is 806, which is the number of windows in the tower that will have to be removed and reinstalled. This includes water testing on each window to ensure there are no leaks and each one is sealed as required. For now, as removal continues, gaps are being closed with plywood to keep the weather elements out of the building. This is a very worthwhile investment, as it will help the building be more efficient. The windows were original to the 1970s construction, so it is a much-needed upgrade!
