Ground breaking on the first McIver Building

The central portion of the first McIver Memorial Building opened. The building was dedicated and named for Charles Duncan McIver, the founder and first President of the College.

The two stone pillars flanking the entrance to College Avenue were ordered by President Julius I. Foust.
