Tim came to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from UNC Chapel Hill in 1994. Tim is one of the inventors of Journal Finder, the first OpenURL link resolver to go into production in the U.S. He served on the Librarians Council of NC LIVE for more than decade, and is the founder of, and chief negotiator for, the Carolina Consortium. Tim has won awards from IGI Global and NCLA. He was named a "Mover and Shaker" by Library Journal and is the 2014 ACRL Academic-Research Librarian of the Year.
