Annual Women Veterans Luncheon

The purpose of the luncheon is fourfold:
1. to honor the service of women who served in the United States armed forces and the American Red Cross;
2. to serve as an educational forum about women veterans;
3. to engage the veteran community at UNCG and Greensboro;
4. and to highlight the work of the WVHP and its ongoing oral history project.
There will be a keynote speaker (Mel Bloom of the 350 Girls). An exhibit of military uniforms and other materials from the WVHP collection.
