Exciting infrastructure work continues in the Jackson Library tower. These are essential upgrades that will contribute to sustainability and life safety for all library users. On the upper floors, new ducts and electrical fixtures are being put into place. Piping for the all-new sprinkler system is also being fitted; this is a critical need that the building has had for years, so it is an exciting development! On the first floor, inspections will soon take place which will allow “The Perch” to advance through the construction process, with framing and decking to happen soon. In the mechanical room, electrical is being installed underground.
