Who is iMinerva?
The UNCG Libraries main chat service is operated by iMinerva, which includes the ROI Department and the Reference Interns (LIS graduate students).
Additional specialized library services are offered by the Harold Schiffman Music Library, the Special Collections and University Archives, and the Digital Media Commons (DMC).

- The ROI Department is located on the first floor of Jackson Library.
- The Reference Desk is open during the Libraries’ Public Access hours.
- Chat stations are also available at service desks for direct chat with librarians.
