Directions and Parking

UNCG is located just west of downtown Greensboro. Easy access to the campus is available from Interstates 85, 40, and 73 and federal routes 29, 70, 220, and 421.

Jackson Library

The physical address of Jackson Library is 320 College Ave, Greensboro, NC 27412, but please note that College Avenue is a pedestrian-only street.

Parking is most convenient in the Walker Avenue Parking Deck, 506 Sterling Street, Greensboro, NC, maintained by Parking Operations & Campus Access Management. There is a hourly fee to park here.

The Library, with its 9-story concrete tower, is located between the Elliott University Center (to the south) and the Dining Hall (to the north). The handicapped-accessible entrance is located through the entrance to Jarrell Lecture Hall on the lower level of the Library. From the Walker Avenue Parking Deck and Kaplan Commons, enter the Elliott University Center through the font door, transit to the rear of the building and take the elevator down to the lower level. Exit the back doors and turn left; the entrance to Jarrell Lecture Hall and the Library is directly ahead. The College Avenue entrance is through the front portico, which is not accessible due to the portico steps.

Harold Schiffman Music Library

The Harold Schiffman Music Library is located at 100 McIver St., Greensboro, NC 27402, just inside the main entrance of the Music Building.

Parking is most convenient in the McIver Street Parking Deck, 110 McIver St, Greensboro, NC, maintained by Parking Operations & Campus Access Management. There is an hourly fee to park here.
