The University Libraries
are at the
heart of campus

By enriching scholar and academic activities for our students, faculty, staff and community, the University Libraries is passionate about promoting student success, advancing research, developing unique resources, and revitalizing facilities.

Jackson Library will elevate its place as the University’s central intellectual space, where learning, knowledge creation, and community are fostered in an inviting setting. The $98 million, three-year renovation will nearly double the library’s seating capacity and patron-focused spaces, while maintaining a robust print collection.

We invite you to join us in supporting our historical transformation. Your gift will assist in nurturing and curating an open and vibrant environment. We strive to support our students, faculty, staff, and greater Greensboro community by offering strong collections, diverse resources, and programming for all.

For more information, please contact Ms. Emily Britt, ’15, ’20 MBA by email (ecbritt@uncg.edu), or by phone (336.256.1244).

Making a gift to the University Libraries means making a difference in how we shape the future leaders of this community and the world! To have an immediate impact, choose the “University Libraries Enrichment Fund” or the “University Libraries Facilities and Furnishings Fund.”

Giving Opportunities

More information coming soon! Contact Ms. Emily Britt, ‘15, ‘20, with questions at ecbritt@uncg.edu

An endowment is a financial gift that’s invested to meet your desire to make a difference on a permanent basis and provides long term stable financial support. The gift becomes part of the larger UNCG endowment, allowing the principal to earn interest to fund scholarships, program funds, professorships, and more. Because endowments are forever, you can give them an honorary name. Endowments may be established while you are living or can be part of your estate.

Gifts of $50,000 or more can change the lives of students, faculty, and staff in a transformative way by providing support for programming, teaching, learning, research, access, collections, and so much more.

Naming endowments and other funds begin at this level. These gifts may be pledged and fulfilled over a period of years. Contact Ms. Emily Britt, ‘15, ’20, Development Officer, with any questions at ecbritt@uncg.edu or 336.256.1244.

Leave a legacy with University Libraries and change lives for generations to come.
