James M. Kelly, a resident of Georgia, is the trustee of Susan Germany's separate estate, which includes eleven slaves. As Susan and William Germany now live in Florida, Kelly states that "it is impracticable for him" to fulfill his duties, being "upwards of one hundred and fifty miles from said property." He asks the court to appoint John W. Argyle, who is qualified to serve as trustee and who has agreed to accept the appointment.
