On 19 November 1841, Whitmill K. Bullock executed a deed of trust to James House, whereby he conveyed certain property, including twenty-two slaves, to House. At the time of the execution of the deed, Bullock was indebted to House, and House had served as security to several debts Bullock owed others. Most of the debts have been satisfied, and House has recently died; no administrator has yet been appointed to his estate. Bullock asks that another trustee be appointed in his stead.
