Joseph Wilson died in November 1790 seized and possessed of a considerable real and personal estate. George and Sarah Riley complain that they have not received a fair accounting from William Worthington, the estate's administrator. The petitioners ask that Worthington be subpoenaed and be compelled to provide them with a full accounting of the estate and their portion of it.
