Abstract
Jerome Plummer asks the court for additional time to prepare his final accounting as former trustee for Robert Williams, an insane free person of color. Plummer claims that a portion of the tobacco in his shed belonged to Williams and that the tobacco was sold by John Chew on credit. Plummer has yet to ascertain the true value of the sale and needs additional time for his accounting.
