Need Help?

Hardware
Any computing equipment purchased by or upon the recommendation of ERIT will be supported. This includes, but is not limited to, computers, monitors, projectors, printers, scanners, cameras, audio recording equipment, and PDAs.
All other equipment will be considered for support on a case-by-case basis.

Web 2.0 Technologies
In addition to the installed applications listed above ERIT will also provide support for the work related use of Web 2.0 technologies. These technologies include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
- Blogger
- FaceBook
- Flickr
- Meebo
- Twitter
Please note: Only the web based versions of these products are supported. ERIT does not currently support any of the desktop clients for these products.
