I took Dr. Ehrman's Introduction to the New Testament class when I was an undergraduate. His was the first class I took that encouraged me to question everything I had always accepted as fact. Though I didn't realize it at the time, this crash-course in critical thinking set me on the path toward librarianship, where I have the opportunity on a daily basis to help students gather all the facts so that they can form their own opinions.
