Description: A souvenir booklet for graduates of the Naval Reserve Midshipmen's School at Mount Holyoke College in Northampton Massachusetts, published by the Merin-Baliban Studios in Philadelphia ca. 1944. The booklet features U.S. Navy WAVES, Coast Guard SPARs, and Marine Corps Women Reservists (MCWR). It contains black and white photographs of staff and students, an outline of the progression of the yearlong program, pictorial explanations of daily schedules, and a description of the military postings of several graduates. There are blank pages for signatures and personal photographs. The color cover illustration depicts men loading a naval deck gun while a WAVE and MCWR salute in front of an American flag.
