Description: Red Cross Gray Lady dress in dove gray seersucker with removable white collar and cuffs, epaulets, and ten white buttons, circa 1941. It has a large red cross on a white square sewn on the left pocket. Worn by hospital and recreation workers with Gray Lady cap.
