Description: WAVES officer's dress white summer uniform, including tailored white lightweight blouse with distinctive rounded collar with WAVES insignia, four gold buttons, and reserve blue cuff stripes. Worn with white shirtwaist and black seaman's tie and white six-gore skirt with left side zipper and button. This uniform worn by Judith Bullock Nisbet from 1942 to 1945.
