Description: WACs in party hats serve food to fellow WACs at a Halloween party in the mess hall at Rapid City AAB on 31 October 1943. Jack-o-lanterns and party streamers are suspended from the ceiling. Pictured are: Mildred; Stella; and Sue Burford. The WAC in the forefront wears the WAC olive drab service uniform with corporal insignia and air force sleeve patch.
