Description: WAC Libby Christmas dresses as a flapper in a red fringe dress, pearl necklace, red feather headdress, and garter, with a cigarette holder. Christmas is modeling 1920s fashion for the Star Spangled Pageant, a touring exhibit presenting the history of women's association with the U.S. Army in 1967.
