Description: Members of WAC Company 10, 21st Regiment, at Ft. Oglethorpe, Georgia, admire the unit's guidon, held by commanding officer Florence S. Weil. The company, pictured on 30 July 1943 in WAC summer uniforms with Hobby hats, has just been awarded the blue ribbon for excellence in marching. Company members include Bundy, Snell, Bacon, M. Wilson, Threat, Hatch, Gullory, and Grant.
