They are looking at the unit's guidon after being awarded a blue ribbon on 30 July 1943. Florence S. Weil, center, holds the corner of the guidon. Also pictured (left to right) are: Bundy, Snell, Bacon, M. Wilson, Threat, Hatch, Gullory, and Grant. The company is wearing the WAC khaki summer uniform without jackets and with Hobby hats.
