BIOABSTRACT

Blanche Berrier Brinkley of Lexington, North Carolina, served in the Navy Nurse Corps from 1943 to 1945, during which time she was stationed aboard the USS Consolation hospital ship, which served at both Pearl Harbor and in Japan.
