The Quaker, 1957
Guilford College, a Quaker-supported four-year liberal arts school in Greensboro, N.C., was chartered in 1834 and opened in 1837 as New Garden Boarding School.
The 1957 Guilford College yearbook, The Quaker, reflects a diminishing presence of international students at Guilford College. Included is the senior portrait of Julia Khalaf, a student from Jordan.
