Description:
This draft resolution, presented to members of the faculty of the Woman's College of the University of North Carolina (WCUNC) by Warren Ashby on October 18, 1955, commends the university for its actions toward desegregation and pledges support for new policies on integration. This version of the resolution was ultimately replaced by a less comprehensive version that passed on December 14, 1955.
