This June 17, 1982, article by Larry King of the Greensboro Daily News reports that the Greensboro Justice Fund had accused Klan member Joe Grady of being an FBI informant, which would have given the FBI notice of the potential for violence prior to the murders of five Communist Workers Party members at the Death to the Klan march in Greensboro on November 3, 1979. Grady, who was not present at the November 3 incident, denied being an informant.
