This document is a copy of the university policy on picketing and demonstrations, and cites state law on the subject with respect to occupation of public buildings and interruption of university functions. University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) Chancellor James Sharbrough Ferguson referenced this legislation numerous time over the course of the food workers' strike that took place at UNCG from March 27 to April 2, 1969.
