The Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Records (1946, 1954-1971) contains correspondence, reports, minutes, building plans and a course outline created by Katherine H. Taylor during her tenures as dean of students (1951-1965) and dean of student services (1965-1972), and by Elvira Prondecki, Director of Elliott Hall (1946-1964). Selected for inclusion in this project are items documenting race relations and student involvement in local civil rights activities, especially efforts to desegregate businesses adjacent to campus.
