Part of a series of at least thirteen covers that Sacker did for Alcott works about this time. Some of these Alcott titles were also published in England by Sampson Low .  Thanks to Pimpernel Rare Books (on eBay), I have discovered a spine variant, which may exist for other Alcott titles. (See below).
