Mental Health Information Center
The Center for Mental Health Services leads national efforts to improve
prevention and mental health treatment services for all Americans. CMHS
pursues its mission by helping States improve and increase the quality and
range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services for people with
mental health problems, their families, and communities.
The
Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Formerly
tknown as the State Children's Health Insurance Program.
A state and federal partnership that targets uninsured children and
pregnant women in families with incomes too high to qualify for most state
Medicaid programs, but often too low to afford private coverage. The
