My job title is Computer Support Technician I at Jackson Library, University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  I work with Beth Bernhardt to help maintain our homegrown product, Journal Finder, an article level electronic journal finding database. We currently support this product for 8 other universities as well as UNCG..  

I am responsible for helping our Systems Manager, John Overly, produce overdue/recall and other notices, lists, reports, and statisics using JACLIN, our online library system.  I maintain the UNCG campus A-Z index. Keeping UNCG  patrons loaded into our database, allowing easy remote access to our databases is a critical part of my work here.

Other interests

I paint in oils  as my college degrees are in fine art. I play in some musical groups, Martha & the Moodswingers (jump blues and swing), The Butterbeans (Appalachian folk), and am currently trying my hand at songwriting.  I have 2 lovely daughters, Kati and Anna.
