Congressional Research Service Reports


The Congressional Research Service of the Library of Congress prepares non-partisan, highly detailed, research reports for any member of the Congress, upon request. These reports have never been widely available to the public and are not a part of the Federal Depository Library Program, although prepared at considerable taxpayer expense. Some more recent reports have been made available, full text, via a number of Internet sites, listed below. Most recent reports are available through Penny Hill Press, also listed below, for a fee. Individual, recent reports may be requested from your Congressman.
