An ongoing exhibit showcasing the unique holdings of the Manuscripts collections of UNCG will be on display in the Connector Corridor between Jackson Library and Elliott University Center. The exhibit materials will be rotated on a regular basis, showcasing new subjects and collections.
This summer's exhibit features a selection of artwork and text from three of our children’s book authors/illustrators with connections to UNCG: Carole Boston Weatherford, Lois Lenski and Margaret Rowlett.
Other children’s book authors and illustrators represented in our manuscript holdings include: Thelma and Corydon Bell, Mebane Holman Burgwyn, Ruth and Latrobe Carroll, Octavia Jordan Perry, and James Sterling Tippett.
