 Biographical Note

Isabel Carter Bouldin of Greensboro, North Carolina, attended the North Carolina State Normal and Industrial College (now UNCG) from 1913-1917. She represented her class as Senior Class Vice President in 1917 and graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree.
