Kathy Crowe is responsible for the development, delivery and assessment of all public services including Reference and Instructional Service, Access Services and the Music Library. She is particularly interested in enhancing customer services, marketing library services to all user groups and developing the "library as place" and the "place as library."
In addition to the MLS from Indiana University, she has a BA in History from Randolph-Macon College and a MA in History from the University of Georgia. She has written articles and delivered presentations on information literacy, reference collection management and leadership.
