Barry is the Librarian for External Relations for the University Libraries at UNCG. In that role, he is responsible for the Library's public communications, including the Library Columns newsletter, and publicity concerning the services, people, and collections of the Library. He also works with the Friends of the UNCG Libraries, community outreach, special events and programs. A former Corporate Librarian in the private sector, he holds the M.L.S. from UNC Chapel Hill and a B.A. in History from Wake Forest.
