- Contains descriptions of over 10,000 tests and research instruments from the Educational Testing Service (ETS) Tests in Microfiche Collection and ERIC Document Reproduction Service, tests described in journal articles or book chapters, and descriptions that were created or verified after 1989 of commercially available tests. Tests listed in the collection are NOT available from ERIC/AE; however, those from ETS are available on microfiche in Jackson Library: microfiche LB1131 .T550.

Ingenta (formerly Carl UnCover Reveal)
- Provides a searchable database of the tables of contents from over 25,000 journals.
- The records in this database are not searchable by subject; however, you can search for keywords in article titles.
- Useful for locating citations to articles available in a few of the core library and information science journals.
- Ingenta also provides a notification service that delivers the table of contents of your favorite journals directly to your e-mail box.
- The library underwrites document delivery service through Ingenta. On request, the full text of an article can be sent to any UNCG student, faculty, or staff member.
- Dates of coverage: 1988 to present.

Dissertations
- Indexes dissertations (no full-text) accepted at accredited US institutions; includes abstracts for dissertations since July 1980.
- Dates of coverage: 1861 to the present date.
- Selectively covers dissertations from Canada, the United Kingdom, and a few other countries.
- Also indexes masters theses, with abstracts for theses since 1988.
- Can limit to Institution and type in University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
- Like most academic libraries, UNCG owns few dissertations and theses completed at other institutions. If you need such a dissertation or thesis, use Inter-Library Loan.
