American Suffragettes: Selections of Manuscripts
Inspired by Women's History Month, UNCG is featuring some well-known suffragettes and their papers: Susan B. Anthony, Lucy Stone, Julia Ward Howe, Ethel Mary Smyth, and Anna Howard Shaw.

Harold Schiffman
Harold Schiffman (b. 1928; Greensboro, North Carolina) has composed in virtually all media. His commissions include those from such diverse groups as the Tallahassee Symphony, the International Trombone Association, the Apple Trio, the Concertino String Quartet, the Mallarmé Chamber Players, and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro School of Music, as well as from a number of individuals including conductor Richard Burgin, flutist Albert Tipton, soprano Janice Harsanyi, pianist Jane Perry-Camp, and pianist/conductor Max Lifchitz (for North/South Consonance).
Leila Judson Tuttle Papers and Chinese Artifacts
The Lelia Judson Tuttle Papers and Chinese Artifacts date from 1834 to 2005, with the bulk of materials dating from the late 1800s to the 1960s, and contain clippings, correspondence, photographs, postcards, writings, artifacts and books that mainly document Tuttle's time in China and her interest in Chinese culture and art, as well as Tuttle family history.

Oral History Collections
The UNCG Oral History Collections website currently includes material from the UNCG Centennial Oral History Project which focuses on the history of the University. The online collection is growing and new interviews are added regularly.
P.E. Pamphlets
This collection includes several hundred physical education pamphlets held by the Martha Blakeney Hodges Special Collections and University Archives.

State Normal Magazine and Coraddi
First published in 1897, State Normal Magazine (later Coraddi) has served as the literary and fine arts magazine for the University as well as a source of news and information. All issues from 1897 to 1999 are available online and more will be added soon.
Textiles Collection
The University Archives Textile Collection contains approximately 400 items, showcasing the historical chronology of the University. Of special interest are the World War I Red Cross uniforms and overcoat created by Abercrombie & Fitch, a surgical gown, and additional accessories owned by Dr. Anna Gove, campus physician from 1893-1937.
Timeline of UNCG History
Currently utilizes over 100 photographs and other images from the Archives' collections. By searching keywords or browsing different decades and years, you can view significant events ranging in subjects from student support efforts during the First and Second World Wars, to campus construction and changes in curriculum.
University Archives
The University History Collections include photos, documents, oral history transcripts, publications, artifacts, and textiles related to the history of UNCG, culled from multiple collections belonging to the Martha Blakeney Hodges Special Collections and University Archives.
University Yearbooks Collection
The University Yearbooks Collection provides access to yearbooks published by UNCG and its predecessor institutions between 1902 and 1993. Photos and text provide a fascinating insight into the history of UNCG as well as some of the major cultural trends of the past century.
Women Veterans Historical Collection
The Women Veterans Historical Collection documents the female experience in the Armed Forces through letters, papers, photographs, published materials, uniforms, artifacts, and oral histories.
World War I Pamphlets Collection
This collection of more than four hundred pamphlets, some of them several hundred pages in length, provides insight into the military, social, and cultural contexts of World War I.
