Display Committee

Objective

To coördinate, schedule, assemble materials, and create displays for the display cases within the University Libraries. These cases may be reserved by campus organizations for the promotion of events and distribution of information.

Reserving Space

Display space will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so please contact the Library well in advance to reserve specific weeks for your display. Reservations may be made by completing and returning the Display Case Reservation Form or by contacting Robin Paschal at 334-5880, between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; or email.

Spaces Available

Additional Considerations

When considering items for display please remember that the Library is not responsible for items placed on display. Items selected for the portico cases should be able to withstand condensation and harsh sunlight. Each display case remains locked for the duration of the display.
